Fabulous Cake1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) chocolate cake mix
3/4-1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil3 eggs
1 can (8 oz.) pecan coconut frostingThis is a fabulous, but
simple cake which will bring people back for seconds. Try using
other flavors of cake mixes for a change.
Mix cake according to directions, but notice the water is being
cut back by 25%. Check out the "Rules of Conversion" in the
cookbooks for the simple ways to convert all of your recipes from
conventional to microwave. Place frosting mix in bottom of bundt
cake pan or 3 quart casserole with cone. Place cake mix on top of
frosting. Let stand a minute or two before baking. Microwave on
High power (100%) for 10-15 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes, and
invert on serving dish.
