MUSHROOM IN GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz. fresh mushrooms (can be sliced or left whole, I prefer 
whole sm. mushrooms)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Place butter and garlic in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at High 2 
1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until butter melts and garlic browns; 
stir after half the time. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper; stir to 
coat. Cover dish with wax paper. microwave at High 3 to 5 minutes 
or until desired doneness, stirring after half the cooking time. 
Serves 4.
