TACO CASSEROLE
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. cheese, shredded
1 can mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn chips, crushed
Brown hamburger with onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly; 
drain. Add cheese, soup and sauce, mixing well. Place corn chips 
in glass baking dish. Pour hamburger mixture over chips. 
Microwave on high until cheese is melted. Yields 5-6 servings.
