TROPICAL FRUITS WITH FRESH GINGER

INGREDIENTS

 

-  1 medium ripe mango, peeled, seed removed, cut in cubes

-  2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

-  1 small banana, cut in 1/4-inch slices

-  1/3 cup orange juice

-  2 teaspoons grated gingerroot, or to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl

and mix gently, yet thoroughly.
