CP Taco Vegetable Soup
1 lb. ground beef, cooked
2 (16 oz.) bags frozen vegetables
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
49 1/2 oz. beef broth, floating fat
removed (or chicken broth)
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
baked tortillas chips (opt.)
Tabasco (opt.)
Spray crock pot with nonfat cooking
spray. In cooker, mix together beef,
vegs., taco seasoning, broth an salsa.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. If
desired serve with crushed, baked
tortilla chips sprinkled on top of each
serving. If you like a spicier soup,
add a few drops of Tabasco. Makes 12
(1 c.) servings.
