Smoky Country Style Ribs

Ingredients:
3 lbPork, ribs, country style, lean, raw1/2 cupSugar, brown, packed1/4
tspSpice, pepper, black, ground1 cupKetchup2 TbsVinegar, cider1
TbsJuice, lemon, fresh2 TbsLiquid smoke seasoning1/2 cupSauce, chili1/2
tspSeasoning, garlic salt

1 to 2 1/2 hrs

325 degrees F
Directions:
1. Sprinkle bone-in ribs with garlic salt and freshly ground pepper; set
aside. 
2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 
3. Combine ketchup, firmly packed brown sugar, chili sauce, vinegar,
liquid smoke and lemon juice in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat
for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; keep warm. 
4. Place ribs, rib bones down, on rack of a shallow roasting pan; baste
with sauce. 
5. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, turning and basting with sauce every
30 minutes. 
6. Cut into serving-size portions. 
7. Bring remaining sauce to a boil and serve with ribs.
