NO BAKE FRUIT SQUARES  

1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. dried figs
1 c. dates
1/2 c. candied orange peel
1/4 c. candied cherries
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. orange juice
Confectioners' sugar

Wash the raisins, apricots and figs. Grind together
along with dates, candied orange peel, cherries and
walnuts. Add enough orange juice to hold the fruits
and nuts together. Mix well. Press into a greased 8 x
8 x 2 inch pan.

Chill several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Cut
in squares. Roll squares in confectioners' sugar.
Makes 2 dozen pieces.
