Cowboy Breakfast Casserole
Ingrediants:
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
1 lb. pork sausage, crumbled and browned
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
Beat in the milk, salt
and dry mustard.
Place the bread cubes in a buttered, 9x13" dish.
Layer the browned sausage over the bread, and sprinkle the cheese evenly over
the sausage.
Pour the egg mixture over the top, and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
