Baked Rigatoni                                       8 oz. Rigatoni,
cooked according to directions on package
2 tbsp. Olive oil.
2 cloves Garlic, minced.
1 Medium onion, chopped.
2 Bell peppers, chopped.
1 tbsp. Basil,
4 cups Spaghetti sauce. 
1/2 lb. Pepperoni, sliced.
2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided.
1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, onion,
peppers, and basil. Saute 3 minutes. Add sauce and pepperoni. Simmer 5
minutes. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a "13 x 9"
baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the Rigatoni, 1/2 of the sauce mixture, 1 cup
mozzarella, and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Repeat. Bake for 25 minutes. Let stand
10 minutes before serving.
