HERBED CHEESE BALL 

8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 small jar diced pimentos drained
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup finely minced pecans
Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well.  Refrigerate 
covered for 30 minutes.  Shape into ball and roll in pecans then 
refrigerate covered overnight.
