Easy Blueberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients:
1 regular pie shell, not deep dish
1 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup plain flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Cooking Instructions:
Wash blueberries and let them dry. In a bowl mix blueberries and
flour. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing well. Pul
the mix into the pie shell. Mix together ingredients for the crumb
topping and top the pie with that mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for
35-40 minutes until the center is bubbly and the crust browned.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Crumb topping:

1/3 cup chilled butter, chopped into small pieces.

1/3 cup plain flour

1/4 cup sugar
