Stir-Fried Beef Tidbits 1-1/2 pounds Sirloin Steak 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 teaspoon vinegar 1/8 teaspoon each - salt and pepper 2 onions, sliced thin 2 large tomatoes Trim any fat from steak and cut into small, thin pieces. Heat wok; add oil and garlic; cook until garlic is golden. Add steak, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 6 minutes; stir continuously. When beef is turning brown, add onion and tomato. Cook until onion is transparent; about two minutes. Serve immediately with boiled potatoes or white rice. If you like crunchies, sprinkle some Chinese noodles over top.
