San Francisco Chocolate Chip Pancakes

 

Ingrediants:

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons cocoa

2  large eggs

1 1/3 cups milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

chocolate chips

1  pint heavy whipping cream

1 tablespoon sugar

 

Directions:

Whip 1 pint heavy  whipping cream with 1 tablespoon sugar until stiff and 
refrigerate.

Mix flour,  baking powder, eggs, milk, oil and cocoa together.

Cook pancake mix as regular  pancakes in well oiled non-stick pan over medium 
heat.

Cook until bubbles  surface on the pancakes, then flip until done.

Place on plates and sprinkle with  chocolate chips.

Spread whipped cream on top and serve immediately.
