Hunk of Burning Love Sandwich
Ingredients: 2 slices of white bread (thick cut preferred) 3 Tbs creamy peanut butter 3/4 ripe banana 3 slices cooked bacon 1 oz. House of Blues Maple Butter Directions: Spread peanut butter evenly on slice of bread. Cut banana in ½ lengthwise, then cut in 1/2 again. Butter one side of each piece of bread, put in hot skillet butter side down. Place three slices of bacon on bread in skillet, put three slices of banana on top of bacon then place bread with peanut butter on top of the other slice of bread. Grill on both sides until golden brown.
