Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbFish, catfish, channel, fillet, raw, wild1/2 eaOnion, white,
fresh, med, whole, 2 1/2"1 eaPeppers, bell, green, sweet, fresh, med, 2
1/2"1 eaSalt, table, dash svg1 1/2 tspMargarine, unspecified oil, stick

Directions:
1. Cut the fillets into two or three inch cubes or chunks and add the
seasonings to the fillets. 
2. Chop onions and peppers into small chunks. Mix the onions, peppers
and fillets together. 
3. Take a large sheet of aluminum foil and place the fillets, onions and
peppers in the center. Add a tablespoon of margarine and seal the foil. 
4. Put on the grill and cook until you experience the great aroma. Open
foil and check to make sure the fish is thoroughly cooked.
