Hi Joyce, I went back and read the recipe which I got from a friend who gets the Willie Crawford recipes and there is not an oven temperature listed. I know you could bake the cake in a Bundt pan. I wouldn't try it in a spring form, but that's just my opinion.
Maybe someone could give an idea as to what they think the temperature should be. Sorry I can't help, but as I said, there is no oven temperature listed.
