Broccoli Casserole 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 stick butter 1 medium onion, chopped Garlic powder
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in frying pan, saute onion in butter. Add soup and cheese and mix well. In 2- or 3-quart casserole place broccoli; add soup mixture. Sprinkle top with garlic powder. Bake at dg350 15-20 minutes until thoroughly heated. Enjoy!
