Chicken, Broccoli Rice and Cheese Casserole 2 c. water 2 c. uncooked instant rice 2 10-oz. cans chunk chicken, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. butter 1 c. milk 1 16-oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli 1 small white onion, chopped 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preheat oven to dg350. In medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. In 9- by 13-inch baking dish combine rice, chicken, soups, butter, milk, broccoli, onion and cheese. Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted. Happy Cooking!
