Orange Zucchini Bundt Cake

2-1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp grated orange rind
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
3 eggs
1-1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1-1/2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini

        Spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. Pour onto waxed paper.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, orange rind and spices to flour.
Stir well to blend.

        Beat eggs until light colored and slightly thickened. Gradually add
sugar; beating thoroughly. Beat in oil, then orange juice. Add blended
dry ingredients alternately with zucchini, beginning and ending with
dry ingredients. Blend well. Spread batter into greased 10-inch Bundt
pan. Bake at dg350 50-55 min. until tests clean. Cool in pan 10
minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on rack. Drizzle with orange glaze or
sprinkle with powdered sugar.

        Makes 12-16 servings.

        Orange Glaze:

1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1-1/4 c. unsifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp orange juice

        Heat milk and butter together in small saucepan. Gradually stir in
sugar. Add orange juice. Beat until smooth.
