YANKEE DOUGHNUTS 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg Heat fat or oil 3-4-inches deep to 375ºF. in deep 
fat fryer. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Gently smooth dough 
into a ball on floured cloth-covered board, knead 8-10 times. 
Roll dough 1/4-inch thick. Cut with floured doughnut cutter Drop 
rings and round centers into hot fat. Fry 1/2 minute on each 
side, drain. Spread tops with melted semi-sweet chocolate or 
confectioners sugar.
