Individual Meat Loaves For A Crowd

5 lbs. ground beef
5 lbs. ground ham
5 lbs. ground pork
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 t. pepper
9 eggs
5 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine beef, ham, pork, crumbs and pepper in lg. bowl, mixing 
well.
Add 6 eggs, and 4 cans tomato soup, mixing well.
Shape into 2x4" loaves.
Place in lg. baking pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Mix mustard, vinegar, sugar and butter with 1/2 c. tomato soup 
and remaining 3 eggs.
Cook over low heat until custard coats spoon.
Serve over meat loaves.
Makes 50 servings.
