SOUR CREAM FILLED COOKIES 

Cream:


2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco


Add:


2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla


Sift together and add to creamed mixture:


2 tsp. baking soda
8 c. flour


Roll out your dough on well floured surface (thin). Cut with 
cookie cutter, put one in cookie sheet and top with filling, then 
take another cookie and put on top, seal edges and press lightly 
with spatula. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees until 
golden.


FILLING:


1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. chopped raisins
2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt


Cook until thick.
