English muffins Spaghetti or pizza sauce Mozzarella cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, grated Place halved muffins on cookie sheet. Spread with sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses. Place under broiler 1 min or until cheese bubbles. Wrap muffins in foil to keep warm until serving time.
