Frozen Lemon Yogurt Pie
Source: old magazine clipping Crust: 1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c sugar 1/4 c butter, melted Filling: 2 (8-oz) tub plain yogurt Twist of lemon, for garnish 1 tub 'ready to spread type' lemon frosting In small bowl, combine crust ingredients until well blended. Press crust firmly in bottom & on sides of 9" pie plate. Set aside. In lg bowl, blend filling ingredients until smooth & creamy. Pour into pie crust. Freeze until firm, 2-3 hr. Garnish with twist of lemon. Store leftovers, tightly covered, in freezer. 8 servings thanks to Lil "The happiest people don't have the best of everything.
