HOT PEPPER CHILI
3 Lbs. Chili Meat 1 Large Jalapeño (chopped) 1 Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Pepper ½ Green Bell Pepper (chopped) ½ Red Bell Pepper (chopped) 2 Medium White Onions, (chopped) 3 Cloves Garlic, (minced) 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil 4 Tablespoons Flour 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin, Optional 1 Can Diced Tomatoes 1 Small Can Tomato Sauce 3 Cups Water 2 Cups Home Cooked Pinto Beans, (Optional) Brown chili meat, peppers, garlic and onions in large skillet to which oil has been added. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add salt, pepper, flour,cumin, and Chili powder, mix well. Pour in water, tomatoes, pinto beans and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat for about 40 to 50 minutes.
