Chicken Parmesan Pasta Toss
Source: Kraft Kitchens 8 oz fettuccine, uncooked 1 tbsp oil 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 (14 1/2-oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained 1/2 c water 1/4 c Kraft® Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing 1/4 c Kraft® 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese Cook pasta as directed on pkg. Meanwhile, heat oil in lg nonstick skillet on med heat. Add chicken; cook 8 min or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook an additional 2 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato paste. Increase heat to med-high; cook & stir 1 min. Add tomatoes, water & dressing; cook 2 min, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta; toss with sauce in lg serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. 4 (about 2 cup) servings Per Serving: 470 cal, 12g fat, 3g sat fat, 75mg chol, 600mg sod, 52g carb, 4g fiber, 7g sugars, 36g protein, 15% vitamin A, 25% vitamin C, 15% calcium, 20% iron When we are grateful for the good we already have, we attract more good into our life.
