Easy Beef & Broccoli

1 tbsp oil

1 lb beef stir-fry strips

2 c frozen broccoli florets

1/4 c hoisin sauce

1/4 c Kraft® Catal! ina Dres sing

1 tbsp grated gingerroot

2 c instant white rice, cooked as directed on package

Heat oil in lg nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 min or until 
evenly browned, stirring frequently. Add broccoli, hoisin sauce, dressing

& gingerroot; stir. Cover. Cook 5 min or until heated through. Serve over rice.

4 (1 3/4 cup) servings

Substitute: If you can't find beef stir-fry strips in your supermarket, use any 
grilling steak, cut into thin strips, instead. Substitute jarred minced

ginger for fresh gingerroot.

Per Serving: 440 cal, 14g fat, 4g sat fat, 45mg chol, 530mg sod, 50g carb, 3g 
fiber, 6g sugars, 28g protein, 10% vitamin A, 50% vitamin C, 4% calcium, 25%
