No Oil Red Pepper Vinaigrette

1/4 c. apple juice

1/4 c. cider vinegar

2 T. chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 t. dried whole oregano

Pinches of rosemary and thyme

1/2 t. dry mustard powder

1/2 t. paprika

 

Combine in blender & mix.

8 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 2g carbo
