Biscuit Pudding

 

Biscuit pudding recipe with raisins, nutmeg, eggs, and milk. 6

cold biscuits

1 cup water

1 1/4 cups sugar

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 cup raisins

2 eggs lightly beaten

1/2 cup evaporated milk

 

PREPARATION:

Soak crumbled biscuits in hot water for a few minutes; add

sugar, butter, nutmeg, raisins, beaten eggs, and milk, mixing

after each addition. Pour into 1-quart greased baking dish; bake

in preheated 350° oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until

browned.



When we are grateful for the good we already have,
we attract more good into our life.
On the other hand, when we are ungrateful, we tend to shut ourselves off from 
the good we might otherwise experience.
