Biscuit Pudding
Biscuit pudding recipe with raisins, nutmeg, eggs, and milk. 6 cold biscuits 1 cup water 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup raisins 2 eggs lightly beaten 1/2 cup evaporated milk PREPARATION: Soak crumbled biscuits in hot water for a few minutes; add sugar, butter, nutmeg, raisins, beaten eggs, and milk, mixing after each addition. Pour into 1-quart greased baking dish; bake in preheated 350° oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until browned. When we are grateful for the good we already have, we attract more good into our life.
