LEMON CHEESE CAKE

 

Cheesecake

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello

1 cup hot water

1 large container Cool Whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip

In a blender, blend sugar and cream cheese together.

Mix Jello with hot water. Pour into cream cheese mixture.

Blend well. Chill till mixture sets to syrupy consistency.

DON'T LET IT SET!

Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour into crust and chill until set.

 

Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

3 T. brown sugar

1 T. sugar

5 T. melted butter

Mix together and press into a 9" x 13" pan.

serve and enjoy
