Charles Keating's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 3/4 c. oats
Heat oven to dg350.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add ingredients in order. Drop by
teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes.
Yield 2-1/2 dozen.
