Spicy Stuffed Mushrooms
1/2-lb bulk spicy pork sausage
24 large fresh mushrooms
1/2-cup chopped green onions
1/4-cup minced garlic
1/4-cup butter
1-cup seasoned breadcrumbs 
1-cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (divided) 
Cook down the sausage and drain. Remove stems from the mushrooms and
finely chop; set caps aside. Saute the stems, onions and garlic in
butter for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the sausage, bread crumbs and half of
the cheese. Spoon about 2-tbspn into each mushroom cap - place on a foil
lined baking sheet and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°
for 20-25 minutes. Makes 2-dozen.
