Linda Dickey's Butterscotch Fudge 


Heat to a boil the following:



2 tbs butter 

2/3 cup evaporated milk



1 2/3 cups sugar



a pinch of salt.



Remove from heat and add the following:



1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows



1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips



1 tsp maple flavoring 



1/2 cup chopped nuts.  



Stir until marshmallows and chips are melted.  Pour mixture into a 9 inch 
square pan.  If desired, you may place whole almonds on top.  Let Cool.  Cut 
into squares.  Enjoy.
