Linda Dickey's Pecan Fudge Log


Heat to a boil, the following:



2 tbs butter or margarine 



2/3 cup evaporated milk



1 2/3 cups sugar



Remove from the heat and add the following:



1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 



1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 



1 tsp vanilla



1/2 cup chopped pecans



Stir and mix until chips and marshmallows are melted.  



Pour into a 9 by 13 inch square pan to cool and shape into 2 inch by 10 inch 
rolls.  



Roll the rolls into 1/2 cup chopped nuts.  When cool, slice.  Enjoy.
