DIRT DESSERT 1 lg. bag Oreo cookies (crush in Zip Loc bag) 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding mix 3 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. confectioners sugar 16 oz. Cool Whip, softened
You will also need 1 large or 2 medium plastic pails and about 1/2 dozen gummy worms. Mix pudding mix and milk until it thickens and put in the refrigerator. In another bowl cream together the cheese and butter until smooth. Add the sugar and then the Cool Whip. When that is smooth, add the pudding and mix well. In the bottom of the pails, put a layer of crushed cookies, then about half of the pudding mixture. Another layer of cookies on top and the rest of the pudding mixture. Put the gummy worms in the pudding so that they stick up out of the top. Cover the pudding with the rest of the cookies so that you can't see pudding, but you can see the worms. Refrigerate until time to serve. Stick in a bunch of plastic flowers and use a plastic shovel as a serving spoon.
