Lemon Crisps
1 pkg. lemon supreme deluxe cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp grated lemon peel
pecan halves if desired
Preheat oven to dg350.
Combine all ingredients except pecan halves and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
If desired, top each cookie with a pecan half.
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool on cookie sheet for about a
minute then remove to racks to cool.
Makes 4-5 dozen.
