CHOCOLATE SHEATH CAKE
  
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Mix together first 5 ingredients thoroughly. Melt butter. Mix cocoa with it. 
Add water and bring to a fast boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Add buttermilk and eggs to mixture and mix well. Bake 25 minutes at 375 
degrees. Ice while hot.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Melt butter. Add cocoa and mix well. Add milk and bring to fast boil. Pour over 
sugar. If icing is too thick, add milk (1 tablespoon at a time.  

Pour icing over cake, while the cake is still hot.
