EASY CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
  
8-10 cut up chicken pieces
1 cup dry rice
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup

Wash and season chicken and set aside. Mix rice, soup and 2 cups of water in a 
bowl. Pour into a medium baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture.
Pour melted butter over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 
degrees. Remove foil to brown chicken, if desired. Don't over cook for rice 
will begin to dry out.  Enjoy.
