Yogurt Curry Dressing                         1/2cup plain yogurt
2tablespoons olive or vegetable oil 1/2teaspoon salt1/4teaspoon curry
powderSalad2cups cooked couscous1cup sliced zucchini1cup Green Giant(r)
garbanzo beans (from 15-oz can), rinsed and drained1/4cup chopped red
bell pepper2medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)Lettuce leaves
1.In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.2.In large bowl, mix all
salad ingredients except lettuce. Stir in dressing. Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer than 6
hours.3.Serve salad on lettuce.
