MARINATED BEEF TENDERLOIN
  
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate beef tenderloin 24 hours in 
refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with marinade on 
side. Great
on grill also!
