Mozzarella Meat Pie



1 pound ground beef

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/3 cup chopped celery

6 ounces tomato paste

4 ounces Mozzarella cheese -- shredded

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Dash pepper

1 can Pillsbury(r) Refrigerated Crescent rolls



Brown ground beef; drain. Add onion and celery; cook until tender. Add
tomato paste, 1/2 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese and seasonings. Mix well


Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in 9-inch pie plate,
pressing perforations together to form a crust. Flute edge. Fill with meat
mixture; top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 375° F for 15 to 20 minutes.
