Yes they do. When I lived in Houston I had a cleaning woman who did the same thing with the vacuum cleaner. Her failure to step on the lever and get the handle in an appropriate position frustrated me more than I can tell you. I showed her three times. Then she sucked something up in the vacuum cleaner that caused me and my friend to have to take it apart and yes, ladies, I fixed it. I also fired the cleaning woman. They're definitely out there. This woman didn't even take out the garbage after I had bagged it and set it outside. Now I mean really! What does it take?

My hubby asked her to show him exactly how she was using it! She commenced to do so! She was trying to push it standing with the handle upright, meaning, she did not step on that lever to make the handle lie down, so it was like she was carrying it and pushing it, which was difficult at the same time. she did not let down the lever so the handle would not stay straight up. they walk among us!
