Avocado Ice Cream

Yield: 8 Servings 
Ingredients: 
        1/2    cup  Orange juice 
        1/2    cup  Lemon juice 
     1    can  (14.5-oz) evaporated milk, well chilled 
          1    cup  Mashed ripe avocados 
      1 1/2    cup  Sugar 
Method:
Mix juices. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume.
Add all ingredients; blend well. Freeze.
