Raspberry Cordial

2 (10-oz) pkg frozen raspberries

2 c vodka

1 c brandy

1 c sugar

1/2 c water

Peel of 2 lemons

1/4 tsp almond extract

3 whole all spices

1 stick cinnamon

Crush raspberries by pressing through fine sieve until all pulp is removed & 
place in glass jar along with vodka & brandy. Place sugar, water, allspice,

cinnamon & lemon peel in sm saucepan  & bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat & 
simmer 30 min. Remove lemon peel & pour sugar syrup into berry mixture. Add

any packaging juice from raspberries & almond extract. Strain mixture again; 
then pour into bottle & cap tightly. Mature at least 1 week before serving.

Note: Use only pure extracts, not imitations. 1 tsp glycerin per qt of finished 
liqueur will produce a thicker consistency.
