Broccoli Corn Bread

1 8.5-oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
3 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8-oz.)
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1/2 c. chopped onion

In large bowl combine muffin mix and eggs. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9-inch baking pan. Bake in dg350
oven for 30 minutes or until tests clean in center. Serve warm.

Yield 16 servings.
