Classic Rice Pudding 1 14-oz. can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 egg yolks 1/4 c. water 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 c. uncooked long-grain rice, cooked 1/2 c. raisins 2 tsp vanilla extract
In large saucepan combine Sweetened Condensed milk, egg yolks, water and cinnamon. Over medium heat, cook and stir, 10 to 15 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Add cooked rice, raisins and vanilla. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Yield 8 to 10 servings. Source: Grandma's Favorites cookbook Enjoy!
