Chocolate Coconut Pecan Bars ***

1 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. butter or margarine at room temperature
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans

        Heat oven to dg350. Lightly grease a 13 by 9-inch baking pan line
with foil, grease again.

        Mix flour and cocoa until thoroughly blended.

        In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until
fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until blended.
Press mixture in bottom of prepared pan. If mixture is very soft,
chill until firm enough to press. Bake 10 minutes or until firm to
touch. Cool completely on rack.

        In medium bowl, mix condensed milk, coconut and pecans. Spread evenly
over cooled crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes or until edges
begin to brown and top is set. Cool in pan on rack. Cut into 24
bars--198 cal.
