Chocolaty Peanut Bars
1 Pkg. white cake mix
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 6-oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
Preheat oven to dg350.
Beat cake mix, 2/3 cup peanut butter and egg until crumbly. Press
into a greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan.
Beat cream cheese, milk, sugar and remaining 1/3 cup peanut butter
until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with chocolate chips and peanuts.
Bake 35 minutes--cut into bars.
