Peanut Butter Brownies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
Cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, then add egg, peanut
butter, baking soda, vanilla, salt, flour and oats. Mix together. Pour
into 13- by 9-inch pan. Spread with fork. Bake at dg350 for 20-25
minutes. While hot, let a 6-ounce package of chocolate chips melt on
top of brownies. They will melt faster if you cover with wax paper or
something.
Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 or 3 tbsp milk
Swirl this icing with melted chocolate chips on brownies.
