Pecan Pie Bars
Spray smallest size jelly roll pan.
Crust:
3 c. flour
6 tbsp brown sugar
Work in 1-1/4 c. margerin. Mixture will be crumbly.
Press into bottom of jelly-roll pan. bake 15 mins at dg350.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Filling:
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
3 c. finely chopped pecans
3 tsp melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Pour over crust; bake at dg350 for 20 minutes. Cool completely and cut
into bars.
